How do I determine if my rights were violated during my arrest or when a search occurred in my case?

Every case is different and I will thoroughly review the facts of your case to determine if your Federal or State constitutional rights were violated. In some cases the Texas Constitution gives greater rights and protection than the United States Constitution so a careful review of the law and the facts in your case is critical. In some cases it is possible to convince prosecutors to dismiss a case based on a violation of your rights but in many cases a Motion to Suppress must be filed and a hearing held in front of the judge to obtain a decision.
